MHP was contacted by a customer who wanted to build their dream cottage. Giving the close proximity to an existing pond, helical piles were chosen as the foundation due to the high water table. A total of 12 helical piles were used to support the steel framed structure. The install was done in about 4 hours and the customers was placing steel while we were still onsite.4 additional helical piles were installed to support a deck that hangs over the water.
